Wine Dinner 2020 presents new challenges

The magnificent "Sala Bairrada" and "Sala Baga" will host on the first Tuesday of each month Thematic Dinners to be served by a selected restaurant between Coimbra and Aveiro. The first took place on February 4th and was served by the Cordel Maneirista Restaurant in Coimbra, led by Chef Paulo Queiroz. At the costumers' reception was served, with the starters, Espumante ELPÍDIO 80, the top of the range SÃO DOMINGOS. Sitting at the table, a Cozido à Transmontana was served accompanied by the red wines SÃO DOMINGOS RESERVA 2016 Regional Beira Atlântico (absolute premiere) and red wine SÃO DOMINGOS RESERVA 2015 Bairrada DOC. Coimbra's Pudim das Clarissas was the closing of a dinner that ended with coffee and Aguardente Velha São Domingos Prestígio. During the visit to the galleries of our cellar, we were pleased to note the satisfaction of those present with this initiative.
